Life Skills Coach: Responsible for the overall well being of program participants by cultivating an environment that fosters independence within a safe learning environment and that encourages the enhancement of positive relationships. Life Skills Coaches work in Community Services, Residential Homes and Independent Living.
Team Leader: In addition to Life Skills Coach responsibilities, the Team Leader provides day-to-day supervision of the Life Skills coach staff. Team Leaders work in Community Services, Residential Homes, and Independent Living.
Residential Manager: Responsible for the management, leadership and oversight of multiple residential programs in a specific region. This includes supervision of staff, oversight of program operations and ensuring compliance with all licensing standards. Additionally, this position will actively participate in the strategic planning process of Creative Work Systems and the development of new programs. Residential managers supervise Residential and Independent Living programs.
Job Coach: Responsible for direct on-the-job training and support for people with disabilities. Job Coaches are part of Employment Services.
Employment Specialist: Develop contacts and establish relationships within the business community that lead to employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. Provides job coaching as assigned. Employment Specialists are part of Employment Services.
Service Coordinator: Responsible for ensuring that program participants are engaged in activities and therapies that are meaningful, goal directed and consistent with their individual needs and interests. Service Coordinators support all programs: Residential, Community Services, and Employment Services.
Program Assistant: This position is designed to maximize the Program Director’s ability to effectively design and oversee agency programs and services. The Program Assistant oversees program operations, acts as a liaison between staff and the Program Director, and provides logistical support to the Program Director. Duties may vary based on the needs of the Program Director and overall organizational goals and objectives.
Personal Care Assistant: Responsible for the overall well-being of program participants by cultivating an environment that fosters independence within a safe learning environment and that encourages the enhancement of positive relationships. Duties include attending to individual’s personal care, ensuring a clean and safe environment, following established schedules, and maintaining communication with the individual’s team members.
