After leaving that position, I thought about the positive interactions that I had with those people and their CWS coaches and decided to apply. What
How did you get started in this field? I’ve always enjoyed working with people with disabilities. My first experience was substitute teaching in the special education program at the local school. Then, I reviewed numerous companies, and applied at CWS. What training did you have? My training was limited when I started.
How did you get started in this field? I got involved because of school. I was a nursing major and halfway through the nursing program, I decided to switch majors. I didn’t know what I wanted to do, but decided to switch to therapeutic recreation and started working for a human services
